Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Seal Pro Notary, an online notary service, upholds a cancellation policy to ensure efficient and reliable appointment scheduling. Clients (both signers and companies) who cancel or reschedule within three hours of the confirmed appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

This fee also applies if clients fail to provide the required ID verification, submit documents promptly, or if signers are absent at the appointment. The cancellation fee is variable, dependent on the number of notarization booked, and serves to compensate the Notary for their reserved time.

At Seal Pro Notary we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring appointment cancellations. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $15 for General Notarization Appointments and $75 for Loan Signing Appointments. Similarly, clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification may be charged a no-show fee with the same amount as stated above. We reserve the right to decline services to individuals who habitually cancel or reschedule appointments without sufficient notice. Additionally, in the event of a canceled closing after documents have been notarized, the full price of the agreed closing cost will be due from the canceling party.

Refunds:

Seal Pro Notary maintains a strict refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in our services. We do not provide refunds for documents that have undergone a completed notarization process or have been rejected by the requesting party. It is the signer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and acceptance of the information provided in the documents, especially for online submissions.
